Azure AI Foundry Federation with Jarvis Registry | Access Governed Agents from Any Interface
Azure AI Foundry Federation extends Jarvis Registry's governed agent layer beyond AWS Agent Core, letting enterprises connect Azure AI Foundry as an agent provider directly from the Jarvis Registry configuration interface. Once connected, Jarvis Registry discovers available A2A agents hosted on Azure AI Foundry and syncs them into the registry, so they are no longer isolated inside a single provider but become part of one governed enterprise agent layer.
With agents synced, business users can describe what they need in natural language from whatever interface they already work in. An engineer checking token usage from VS Code, a content strategist drafting a blog post in Claude, and an event coordinator checking a weather forecast in Jarvis Chat each trigger Jarvis Registry to discover the right agent, check permissions, route the request, and return results inline.
AI Foundry Federation builds on the same federation model Jarvis Registry uses for AWS Agent Core, giving enterprises one governed layer to connect agents across providers. Rather than building custom integrations for each platform, teams get agent discovery, permission checks, secure routing, and execution handled centrally, so AI stays accessible from any approved interface without sacrificing security or control.
Enterprises now build and host AI agents across multiple platforms, including in-house teams, third-party providers, AWS Agent Core, and Azure AI Foundry. This fragmentation is the problem Jarvis Registry federation addresses.
Jarvis Registry extends its federation model to Azure AI Foundry, bringing A2A agents into the registry so they become discoverable, governed, and ready to use across the enterprise.
From the Jarvis Registry configuration interface, admins connect Azure AI Foundry as an agent provider. Jarvis Registry discovers the available A2A agents and syncs them into the governed registry.
Once agents are synced, users work from their preferred interface and simply describe what they need in natural language, letting Jarvis Registry match the request to the right agent automatically.
Demonstrations show an engineer checking token usage in VS Code, a content strategist co-creating a blog draft in Claude, and an event coordinator getting a weather forecast in Jarvis Chat, each served by a different discovered agent.
AI Foundry Federation extends Jarvis Registry's governed enterprise layer from Agent Core to Azure AI Foundry, letting teams discover agents, control usage, and deliver AI with more security and confidence.
