Jarvis + Google Workspace: Smarter Workflows in Minutes

This video demos Jarvis's Google Workspace integration, which connects with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Tasks, and Gmail from a single authorization step. The demo follows a returning employee who asks Jarvis what tasks are due next week. Jarvis surfaces a pending Google Tasks item — scheduling a quarterly review with a client — and from there guides the user through the full workflow without switching apps.

Jarvis uses the Gmail integration to summarize recent communications with a client, highlighting key information and unresolved issues so the user can get up to speed quickly. It then searches Google Drive to retrieve relevant documents for the meeting. When ready, a single natural-language request creates the calendar event and generates a meeting link automatically in Google Calendar.

Jarvis's human-in-the-loop design means the user reviews a draft email before it is sent. After confirming with a short message, Jarvis sends the email through Gmail directly. The entire workflow — from checking tasks to summarizing emails, finding documents, scheduling a meeting, and sending a confirmation — completes in a single Jarvis conversation without leaving the interface.

0:02 - Google Workspace Setup

The video introduces Jarvis's integration with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Tasks, and Gmail. Connecting takes one step: select Google Workspace from the Jarvis menu, click the authorization link, and approve the requested permissions for your Google account.

0:53 - Checking Tasks After a Break

A returning employee asks Jarvis what tasks are due next week. Jarvis instantly pulls from Google Tasks and surfaces a pending item: schedule a quarterly review with company ABC. The user realizes they need more context before the meeting.

1:22 - Summarizing Gmail Conversations

The user asks Jarvis to summarize recent communications with company ABC. Jarvis reviews Gmail conversations, highlights key information and unresolved issues, and delivers a quick summary — letting the user get up to speed without reading every email.

1:41 - Finding Documents in Google Drive

To prepare for the meeting, the user asks Jarvis to find documents related to the company ABC Q2 report. Jarvis searches Google Drive and returns a link to the relevant file, which the user confirms is exactly what they need.

2:08 - Scheduling a Calendar Event

The user asks Jarvis to schedule a meeting with company ABC on Google Calendar for the following Tuesday at 1 PM. Jarvis creates the event and generates a meeting link automatically within seconds, which the user double-checks and confirms.

2:35 - Drafting and Sending the Email

Jarvis drafts a notification email to company ABC with the meeting link attached. Thanks to the human-in-the-loop design, the user reviews the draft first, then confirms. Jarvis sends the email through Gmail, completing the entire workflow seamlessly.
