About Contract 0A1335 Category 4: AI Assessment, Strategy, Implementation and Managed Services
Contract 0A1335 Category 4 is a deliverable-based cooperative contract vehicle awarded by the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Office of Procurement Services. It provides a pre-qualified pool of Contractors delivering end-to-end AI adoption and operationalization services - from readiness assessment and strategic roadmap development to technical architecture, solution development and ongoing managed services. The contract is administered by DAS on behalf of Ohio State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Members.

- AI Governance, Responsible AI (RAI) Guardrails, and Compliance Mapping (e.g., HIPAA)
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) - training, communications, and adoption support
- Managed Services - Continuous Model Monitoring, Bias Auditing, Drift Detection, L2/L3 Technical Support
- Edge AI Deployment (Computer Vision, IoT, Robotics)
