Manage Projects Effortlessly with Jarvis + Jira & Confluence
This video demos Jarvis's deep integration with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, which connects from the Jarvis workspace with a single authorization step. The demo follows a project manager at quarter-end who asks Jarvis to list all open team tickets from the past month sorted by days open. In seconds, Jarvis surfaces the full ranked ticket list with age data, making stalled work visible without manually browsing Jira.
When a team member goes on extended leave, the manager asks Jarvis to show all tickets assigned to her. Jarvis fetches the list and flags an urgent APAC Q4 launch performance report, then searches Confluence to retrieve and summarize all related documents — including sales data, customer feedback, and engagement metrics. The manager can then reassign the ticket and post a Jira comment, all within the same conversation.
Jarvis also generates end-of-sprint infographics by combining ticket statistics, documentation activity, and major milestones from both Jira and Confluence. The resulting visual can be previewed in a browser and shared via a link. Throughout all interactions, Jarvis enforces Atlassian permission controls so that documents a user has not been granted access to remain protected and cannot be viewed through the integration.

A project manager at quarter-end asks Jarvis to list open tickets from the past month sorted by how long they have been open. Jarvis instantly returns a ranked list with day counts, making it easy to spot tasks that need extra attention.
When a team member goes on extended leave, the manager asks Jarvis for all tickets assigned to her. Jarvis fetches the list and surfaces an urgent task — the APAC Q4 launch performance report — that needs immediate coverage.
Jarvis searches Confluence and delivers a concise summary of related documents including sales data, customer feedback, and engagement metrics. The manager then asks Jarvis to reassign the ticket and post a comment — both actions complete instantly in Jira.
With the artifacts mode enabled, the manager asks Jarvis to generate an infographic of last sprint's achievements from combined Jira and Confluence activity. Jarvis produces a visually rich summary of ticket statistics, documentation milestones, and deliverables that can be shared via a link.
Jarvis enforces Atlassian permission controls throughout all interactions. Any document or file a user has not been granted access to in Atlassian remains protected, ensuring data security is maintained even when querying through natural language.
